What to include in a useful question
Keep your question specific enough to answer without sharing confidential project information. You might describe the type of milestone, the relationship between a capture point and a drawing, or how a team can distinguish a visible observation from an acceptance record. Avoid including personal details, restricted site images or commercially sensitive documents in an initial message unless you are authorized to share them.
If a question concerns a particular project, state only the context needed to understand it. A broad description such as “repeat views of an interior fit-out zone” may be sufficient. Identify whether you are asking about capture practice, record alignment, milestone criteria or an exception. The guide’s pages on capture, records, review and exceptions may help frame the question.
How the worksheet behaves
The worksheet formats the entered name, email and project question as plain text in your browser. The copy control uses the Clipboard API where available; the download control creates a local text file. These controls do not send a message, save a copy on this website or create a server submission. You choose whether to copy the text into an email or send it by another method.
Take care when using a shared or managed device. Clear the fields when finished and follow your organization’s policies for handling project information. Do not place credentials, sensitive personal information or restricted content into the worksheet. For information about this site’s handling of data and browser storage, read the Privacy and Cookies pages.
